Work With Us

The Padel Farm is more than somewhere to play. It’s a place to move, recover and belong, and our Front of House team is at the heart of it. We’re looking for brilliant people who bring energy, personality and genuine hospitality. You’ll welcome our members, look after our spaces and help create the atmosphere that makes people want to stay long after they’ve finished playing. You don’t need to be a padel expert. We’re looking for great people with the right attitude. Confident, switched on, welcoming and proud of doing things properly. Expect a fast moving, social environment, a great team and plenty of opportunities as The Padel Farm grows. Sound like your kind of place? Come and join the Farm. Please submit your CV along with a brief message.
